Founder and CEO of JSC BPA: I have been working for more than 30 years in the transport logistics industry, and I am an Admiral S. O. Makarov Maritime Academy alumnus. Despite challenges during this time, the company kept moving forward and expanding. Only a strong team can overcome obstacles and accomplish significant objectives. In my opinion, it can be created by people possessing such qualities. I am responsible for team building and also for running the entire business. My biggest hobby and weakness outside of it is fishing.
Director and Co-owner of JSC BPA, Oleg Sebastjanovic: I look after commercial business activities and ship chartering. I also work together with business owners and long-term partners to transport large quantities of project, bulky and heavy cargo. I have over 30 years of work experience in transport logistics and hold a degree from the Admiral S. O. Makarov Maritime Academy. I love nature and my main hobbies include gardening, horticulture, and beekeeping. I also like sports since I think that a strong body amplifies the mind and soul.
Oleg collects honey with great care and joy; according to the BPA team, it tastes so good.
I joined the team only recently, in 2023, but I have been operating in the transport logistics field for over 19 years. I hold bachelor’s degrees in both transport engineering and psychology. I am responsible for business development, securing new projects and customers. I also wrote the book Values-Based Leadership. It is for leaders aspiring to make a lasting impression in the business world and society. I observe in my work how crucial it is to transport freight and handle problems arising on the road so that each customer is at ease and assured. Golf is my passion; it is not only a physical game in the background of beautiful nature; it also requires strategic thinking.
Commercial Director of BPA: I joined the company in 2023, although I have been in transport and logistics for more than 24 years. Klaipeda and its port are my home; I was born here and studied at the University of Klaipeda, earning a bachelor's degree in seamanship and a master's degree in port technology. While working, I seek to better myself and contribute to the business by developing the best logistical solutions and boosting the competitiveness of the port of Klaipeda and Lithuania in the global market. I think that how you do anything is more crucial than what you accomplish. To achieve various projects or strategic goals, I build teams employing principles of humanity and values-based leadership. According to my life motto, being human is the greatest challenge and value in life. And I cannot imagine my life without nature - the forest and the sea - and active sports on the golf course.
I manage work processes, provide customer service, and coordinate warehousing activities at the port. The 15,000 m2 facility helps to ensure the rapid receipt of incoming freight and its distribution for storage or further shipment to the final customer in the Baltic countries, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc. I have been working in this market for more than 20 years. I value movement in my life since I am accustomed to being around constantly changing loads. In my spare time, I like to sail or go on picnics with family and friends. My biggest hobby is collecting numismatic coins and money.

I have been working for this company for the last 8 years and coordinate everything related to administrative tasks, from ordering supplies, overseeing office operations, and dealing with customers to translating documents and managing archives. I am a Klaipeda University-trained English philologist. I adore the German language and am an Italian fan no. 1. I started assembling books for my own collection since I like reading. In addition, I enjoy painting, listening to heavy and ethnic music, putting puzzles together, creating candles and perfume, and studying plants and aromatherapy.
